A behavioural scientist and entrepreneur at heart, Eva is fascinated by the possibilities of predicting human behaviour with data. Prior to founding Morphais she led Growth Marketing at the FinTech OptioPay after consulting various tech start-ups on behavioural data products and starting her own company in the event space. Eva holds a Master in Business from the Humboldt University of Berlin, where she majored in Behavioural Science and Advanced Information Systems.

Serial entrepreneur with a focus on FinTech and AI. With over 13 years of experience in entrepreneurship, he has strong expertise in identifying opportunities and building successful companies in the tech sector (a.o. Sumup, Better Payment, and Fraugster). His top-tier start-up and VC network is a testament to his reputation and influence in the B2B industry.

As a behavioral scientist, Tanja is particularly interested in decision making of entrepreneurs and in the field of biased decisions of humans and machines. As a researcher at Humboldt-Universität Berlin she acquired comprehensive skills in applying qualitative and quantitative research methods. At Morphais, she leads the research activities and grows our academic network with the aim to find outstanding founders based on data and research.

Starting to code at the age of 8 and deriving his own approximation formulas for π before going to high school, Jan lives and breathes technology and science. Prior to Morphais he co-founded and served as CTO for several machine learning companies, including askby.ai. Jan holds a Master in Mathematics from the Technical University of Berlin, where he was part of the university’s renown Machine Learning Group.

For years Michiel delivered and built products with a strong customer focus. From prominent startups out of the Berlin ecosystem to major Dutch news outlets and financial institutions, Michiel developed new products from scratch in a variety of contexts. In recent years, Michiel combined his product owner experience with coaching various startups. This experience leads logically to his current role as VP Product at Morphais.

A specialist in Communication & Brand Management, Ina is highly passionate about all marketing topics. Prior to joining Morphais VC, she worked in startups such as McMakler and Zenjob, as well as at Axel Springer and in PR agencies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Media and Political Communication. Building Marketing, Brand and Communication strategies from scratch and working in dynamic environments are her favourite things to do. At Morphais VC, she is responsible for our marketing activities, brand topics, and external communication.
